EAB Dockets

Active Dockets lists cases currently pending before the Environmental Appeals Board. The Active Dockets include an index of all filings in each case and, in most cases, links to PDF copies of the filed documents.

Closed Dockets (since January 1, 2006) lists cases that were pending before the Environmental Appeals Board and were closed after January 1, 2006. The Closed Dockets (after January 1, 2006) include an index of the filings in each case and, in some cases, links to PDF copies of the filed documents.

Closed Dockets (March 1992 through December 31, 2005) lists cases that were pending before the Environmental Appeals Board and were closed between March 1992, when the Board was created, and December 31, 2005. The Closed Dockets (March 1992 through December 31, 2005) lists cases by date closed and does not include an index of filed documents in the cases.
