Slip Opinions lists newly-issued final dispositions of the Environmental Appeals Board. These decisions are subject to formal revision.

Published Decisions list final Environmental Appeals Board decisions published online. These decisions are slated to be reproduced in bound volumes of the Environmental Administrative Decisions.

Unpublished Final Orders lists the Environmental Appeals Board's final decisions that will not be published in the bound E.A.D. volumes. The unpublished final orders are provided to comply with the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, 5 U.S.C.A. §552(a)(2). Orders issued prior to November 1996 are not available electronically, but may be requested from the Clerk of the Board.
