NAC 445B.256 [Article2.17.10, 2.17.10.1] Monitoring systems: Calibration, operation and maintenance of equipment. The owners or operators of all stationary sources identified in Appendix P of 40 C.F.R. 51(1.1) as amended from time to time, are required to install, calibrate, operate and maintain all monitoring equipment necessary for continuously monitoring the pollutants specified in Appendix P for the applicable source category. Those stationary sources must meet the basic requirements of Appendix P of 40 C.F.R. 51(2.0 et seq.). [Environmental Comm’n, Air Quality Reg. 2.17.10 & 2.17.10.1, eff. 4-4-77]—(NAC A 10-30-95)
