Please note the following: 1. Rule 404, Upset Conditions, Breakdown and Schedules Maintenance is replaced by Rule 516. 2. Rule 210, Specific Contaminants, was disapproved and rule 407 submitted on 6/30/72 is retained. 3. Redesignation of Air Quality Control Regions published January 16,1981, 46 FR 3883. 4. Rules in Regulation IV- Permit Systems Conditions - 202, 205, 208, 211, and 212, was replaced by various rules from Regulation V - Permit to Operate Regulations, submitted 10/23/81, and approved in the May 27, 1982 FR Notice. 5. Final interim approval of the Operating Permits Program effective on June 2, 1995; published May 3, 1995, 60 FR 21720. 6. Rule 301, Compliance, was submitted and to replace SIP-approved Rules 318 and 319; Rule 302, Burning Permits, was submitted to replace Rule 312A and 312B; Rule 303, Burn or No-Burn Day, was submitted to replace Rule 313; Rule 304, Burning Management Requirements, was submitted to replace to Rule 316; Rule 305, Minimum Drying Times, was submitted to replace Rule 315, 10/23/81; Rule 306, Agricultural Burning, was submitted to replace Rules 303 and parts of Rules 102, 302, and 303; Rule 308, Forest Management Burning, was submitted to replace Rule 302 and 305; Rule 309, range Improvement Burning, was submitted to replace Rule 302 and Rule 304; Rule 310, Miscellaneous Burning, was submitted to replace Rules 301, 306, 307, 308, 310, 311 and 317. All replaced and superceded rules were submitted 10/23/81 (47 FR 23159). This action was published August 19, 1999, 64 FR 45170. 8.
