Additional information relevant to the Kern County portion of the SIP: 1. Supplemental material for the Kern County Nonattainment Area Plan submitted on March 4, 1982, December 14, 1982, 47 FR 55920. 2. Commitment by the Kern County APCD to carry out public notification programs as required by Section 127 of the Clean Air Act and in accordance with EPA guidance. This commitment was submitted by the Air Resources Board on January 22, 1981, 47 FR 3111. 3. The San Joaquin Valley Air Basin Control Strategy (Chapter 16 of the Comprehensive Revisons to the State of California Implementation Plan for the Attainment and Maintenance of Ambient Air Quality Standards) submitted on October 11, 1979, by the Governor's designee. Those portions of the San Joaquin Valley Air Basin Control Strategy identified by Tables 16-1a, 1b, and 1c (Summary of Plan Compliance with Clean Air Act Requirements) and which pertain to Kern County or Total Suspended Particulates, comprise the submittal plan. The remaining portions are for information purposes only, 46 FR 42459. 4. Rule 407.1 disapproved on 7-22-75 submittal reverts to submittal dated 6-30-72. 5.
