Agenda

The Advisory Council on Clean Air Compliance Analysis (Council) will receive updates from EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation on the “Benefits and Costs of the Clean Air Act 1990 – 2020, ” a periodic study initiated with Section 812 of the Clean Air Act Amendments (812 Study). The Council will review and provide advice on two components of this study, a draft direct cost report and an uncertainty analysis plan.
