EPA's Region 4 requested SAB rapid consultative advice on a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) for the collection of soil and sediment samples near facilities in Gulf coastal areas of Mississippi to determine if flooding from Hurricane Katrina released hazardous constituents and materials.
