BACKGROUND
EPA utilizes core guidelines and Risk Assessment Forum reports on hazard and dose-response assessment. The Agency is considering activities related to updating the 2005 Cancer Guidelines and developing new Noncancer Guidelines. The EPA’s Science Advisor has requested a consultation with the Science Advisory Board on important topics to address regarding the Guidelines.
