Region 10 Final Quarterly Non Compliance Reports (QNCRs)

What are QNCRs?

The Permit Compliance System (PCS) and the Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS) are used to track compliance and enforcement activities for major facilities (definition) under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program, and to generate a Quaterly Non-Compliance Report (QNCRs).

QNCRs contains the name, location, and NPDES permit number for each facility, the instances of RNC (Reportable Non-Compliance), and any enforcement actions that have been taken. The report is sorted by: municipal facilities; industrial facilities; and federal facilities. Facilities are displayed by: Non-Compliant and Resolved, and Resolved-Pending.

You will need Adobe Reader to view some of the files on this page. See EPA's PDF page to learn more.

Below is a listing of Quarterly Non-Compliance Reports for major NPDES discharge facilities in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. For QNCRs prior to 2008, please contact Diane Davis at (206) 553-1296.
