Ohio Wetland and Stream Mitigation Improvement
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's (OEPA) Federal Fiscal Year 2014 Regional Wetlands Program Development grant will focus its efforts on improving stream and wetland mitigation. The OEPA will develop a publically accessible Geographic Information System, that will include many layers of information and functionality and a soil health index. OEPA will also establish a workgroup of wetland experts to determine which uncategorized Ohio wetlands are the most valuable to categorize in the future.
