Indian General Assistance Program (IGAP)
The Maniilaq Association will provide specific grants expertise to the 11 villages the Association serves. The Environmental Manager will contact each IGAP staff a minimum of twice per month, and assist staff with required reporting and other EPA requirements. Capacity of the staff and board members will continue building within Maniilaq Service Area by staff providing updated regional, statewide and national environmental information as it relates to the projects in the villages they serve.
