PERFORMANCE PARTNERSHIP GRANT - CWA 319 and CWA 104
The Hopi Tribe will continue to develop and administer their Clean Water Act Section 319 - Nonpoint Source and Section 104(b)(3) - Wetland Programs. The Tribe will continue to develop and expand their capability to administer these programs as it gains experience through actual program implementation. The wetlands project, White Ruin Cienega, is a demonstration project which will examine the efficacy of restoration techniques on a unique marshland. The competitive component of this grant award will focus on the rehabilitaton of the Tawapa Spring.
This agreement provides full federal funding in the amount of $200,194. (Note: The amount of $50,000 supports CWA 319 base activities for FY15.) See terms and conditions.
