ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE COLLABORATIVE-PROBLEM SOLVING PROGRAM
The project will bring together key stakeholders to collaborate in an effort to reduce air pollution in the low-income Latino neighborhood of Barrio Logan by creating a plant to implement Transportation and Land Use policies and other policies recommended in the Port of San Diego Climate Action Plan. The recipient will provide two training and convene seven workshops on the CAP issues. They will use the EPA CPS model to analyze the measures, develop a vision and set of priorities, identify strategies for realizing the vision, and create an action plan to implement measures that are practical, feasible, and benefit the community.
This assistance agreement provides full federal funding in the amount of $120,000.
