Tribal Response Program
The Yurok Tribe will use this cooperative agreement to develop and enhance a Tribal Brownfields Program. The Tribe will establish the four elements outlined under the response program. The Tribe will specifically conduct a brownfields inventory, site specific activities, review and enhance tribal laws, develop a public record of brownfields sites and ensure public participation. Funds will also be used for assessments at specificed sites. This award provides full federal funding in the amount of $236,927.
