Reclaiming America's Urban Waters through Capacity Building and Equity
The purpose of this project is to jump start a new urban waters movement in the United States by building highly capable, water-focused organizations that can sustain themselves and carry out multi-faceted programs. A key component of the program is to select five to seven strong subawardees to receive funding and technical assistance through a flexible and targeted approach. Each subawardee will have a Technical Assistance and Support (TAS) plan to accompany their subaward.
