The purpose of this project is to restore and preserve 55 acres of wetland and riparian system to improve water quality in the Carneros Creek and Elkhorn Slough. This project also seeks to enhance breeding habitat of federally-protected amphibian species, and quantify the water quality impacts of wetland restoration. This agreement provides full federal funding in the amount of $999,962. Pre-award costs have been approved back to 04/01/2009.
