The objective of this project is to facilitate linkage and coupling between the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) meteorological models and EPA's Community Multiscale Air Quality (CMAQ) model and to address air quality modeling issues arising from chemical photolysis rates produced from NCAR's radiation models.
