Planeta Para Todos (Everyone's Planet)
The project entitled, "Planeta Para Todos" or "Everyone's Planet" will address critical environmental and public health issues affecting the community of migrant and seasonal farmworker adults and children in Lafayette County located in western Missouri. Issues to be addressed include: 1) risk of lead poisoning from house paint, lead-containing toys, and other sources; and 2) dangers of exposure to agricultural pesticides and household chemicals, including insecticides.
