Hydrological Mods Impact Mobile Bay/Mobile Tensaw Delta
This study will show the importance of the Delta in determining the productivity of both riverine and coastal ecosystems in Alabama. It will study to what degree the causeway and upstream hydrological changes have reduced habitat function, ecosystem productivity and species and habitat diversity in the Delta and identify the causes, effects, extent, prevention, reduction and elimination of pollution.
