$F TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE GRANT - SULPHUR BANK MERCURY MINE SUPERFUND SITE
This amendment hereby extends the budget and project period end dates from March 7, 2009 to April 16, 2012. The term and condition #10 has been revised. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
This assistance agreement provides full EPA funding in the amount of $50,000 to support public involvement in the cleanup decision-making process at the Sulphur Bank Mercury Mine Superfund site. The grant will fund an independent enviromental professional to act as technical advisor (TA) and fund a public outreach process to share the TA's information with the broader public. The TA will review and comment on technical documents produced during the investigation and cleanup process.
