CAA SPECIAL PURPOSE ACTIVITIES - Asthma Management Education
Demonstrate to elementary school students ways to manage asthma episodes using the American Lung Association's Open Airways for Schools Program. This program demonstrates ways to reduce exposure to asthma triggers and control asthma symptoms. Asthma is the leading cause of school absentism due to chronic illness Improving the indoor air qulaity will reduce asthma episodes.
