New Air Quality Regulations Education
Grantee will develop a "Lower Mimbres Valley Air Quality Plan" for the Columbus, New Mexico and Palomas, Chihuahua, border region that reduces air pollution by conducting and promoting the coordination and acceleration of research, investigations, experiments, demonstrations, surveys and studies relating to the cause, effects, extent, prevention and control of air pollution. Equipment will be provided by New Mexico State University to check air pollution levels in the Lower Mimbres Valley.
