FY12 Air Pollution Control Program
The purpose of this program is to provide continuing support for activities which include strategic planning and evaluation, compliance assistance, developing state implementation plans, monitoring air and emissions, rulemaking, operating permits, and all other program-related activities. This program will protect and improve the air quality in the Bay Area and reduce the risks to human health and the environment.
This incremental amendment fully funds this grant by increasing the federal amount by $670,361 from $1,631,945 to $2,302,306, which includes the additional $645,000 passed through to California Air Pollution Control Officers Association (CAPCOA) for the pilot project, and $200,000 for the CA monitoring project. The total contribution for the (CAPCOA) activities is $27,815 and the total contribution for the Photochemical Assessment Monitoring Stations program (PAMS) is $120,123.
