Lane County Brownfield Cleanup
Remediation of petroleum contamination through the removal of soil and groundwater around the source of the petroleum release(s). Groundwater will be monitored following completion of cleanup actions. In conjunction with cleanup the site will be redeveloped into a biofuels fueling station. The developer is attempting to build the first LEED certified gas station in the country.

This award approves the proposed work plan and budget, as revised, and provides full EPA funding for the federal share of project costs,
