Tribal Renovation Repair and Painting
The Aroostook Band of Micmacs Lead Program (ABMLP) for Lead Based Paint, Renovation-Repair and Painting (RRP) will: (1) Conduct Internal needs and capabilities assessment; (2) Develop lead agency designation; (3) Enabling RRP legislation; (4) RRP Regulatory development; as well as (5) Submit Tribal RRP program authorization. These efforts are in support of Section 404(g) of the Toxics Substances Control Act Title IV as well as Goal 4 of EPA's Strategic Plan.
