Nonpoint Source Management Program - NPS Project XVI
This cooperative agreement provides full federal funding in the amount of $1,973,838 to fund projects that will educate the public on methods to prevent nonpoint source pollution, implement local best management practice projects that reduce pollution, and document program results, i.e., water quality improvements. Project results are: reducing nonpoint sources of pollution, restoring impaired water bodies, and protecting surface and ground water throughout the State of Arizona. The State administers this comprehensive program with federal guidance. Preaward costs have been approved back to 07/01/2005.
