The primary expected output is the completion of an inventory of approximately 50 sites; and approximately 20 Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), 12 Phase II ESAs, 6 Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs), Due Care Plans and 12 Brownfield Plans. The expected outcome is the beneficial reuse of brownfield sites in Clare County that have been potentially contaminated with petroleum substances to position them for redevelopment.
