The Point No Point Treaty Council is a Tribal consortium of the Jamestown S'Klallam and Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribes whose Usual and Accustomed areas includes the Straight de Juan de Fuca and Hood Canal. These Tribes have treaty rights to the fish and wildlife resources of the Puget Sound estuary and co-manage those resources with the State of Washington. Under this agreement, the Point No Point Treaty Council will work with the Puget Sound Partnership to adaptively manage the implementation of the 2020 Action Agenda for Puget Sound, which is the EPA approved Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan for the Puget Sound estuary under §320 of the Clean Water Act.
