DATAS is a comprehensive study to characterize the statewide distribution of HAP's, identifying locations that are likely to pose public health concern. DATAS is an urban/rural air toxics evaluation that consists of a comprehensive monitoring, modeling and an updated emissions inventory of the air toxics in Delaware's ambient air.
