Regulatory Support Document: Assessment of the Long-Run Costs of the Oxygenated Fuel Provisions

This report estimates the regulation-induced demands for oxygenated gasoline and oxygenates during the period 1992 through the year 2000. It also estimates the costs of the oxygenate program in the long-run, under the assumption that the supply of oxygenates has adjusted to the regulation-induced demand for oxygenates.
