Financial Alternatives to Reduce the Economic Impact of Industrial Water Pollution Control

This report contains the results of an inverstigation of various financial assistance methods the Federal Government uses, or in the future might employ to help industry bear the financial burden imposed by Federal legislation on water pollution. The purpose is to compare the various financial assistance methods in order to assist in the seletion of those which promise to yield the most favorable cost-performance results while at the same time not causing undesirable side effects.
