Guide to EPA's Unit Pricing Database: Pay-As-You-Throw Municipal Solid Waste Programs in the U.S.

The purpose of this document is to describe the database of information collected from 109 communities with unit-based systems. Unit-based pricing of solid waste refers to a pricing system that charges a household by the amount of solid waste it disposes.
