The Benefits of Hazardous Waste Management Regulations: Technical Report; Field Interviewer Manual (March 1984)
This technical report is a companion volume to a December 1982 report, "An Overview: The Benefits of Hazardous Waste Management Regulations". The overview summarizes the basic issues in the technical report and assumes only limited familiarity with economics. Each report is a standalone document, but Chapter 1 in both reports contains similar presentations.
This technical report requires more economic sophistication and back ground on the reader's part. It also uses principles based on the economics of uncertainty that may be unfamiliar even to some economists. Chapter 3 offers a simplified introduction to these principles and is intended to ease the reader's path through this unfamiliar terminology.
