A Synthesis of Contingent Valuation Studies of the Value of Atmospheric Visibility

After reviewing five original contingent valuation studies that attempt to estimate the value to outdoor recreationists and tourists of atmospheric visibility, the paper attempts to estimate the income elasticity of demand for atmospheric visibility using data from these studies.
