Please note the approved/disapproved portions of the San Bernardino County Southeast Desert Air Basin portion (Now known as the Mohave Desert AQMD) San Bernardino County = Mojave 1-hour Ozone Nonattainment Area as of 10/09. 1. The emission limit of Rule 67 is retained and is applicable only to existing sources already granted a permit. (47 FR 25015) 2. Rule 68, submitted June 30, 1972 and approved in CFR 52.223 is retained as part of the SIP. (43 FR 59490) 3. Rule 444 and the definition of "Agricultural Burning" in Rule 102, submitted on November 4, 1977. (Rule 57 submitted on February 21, 1972, and previously approved under 40 CFR 52.223, is retained.) 4. The Southeast Desert Air Basin Control Strategy for ozone (Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Revisions to the State of California Implementation Plan for the Attainment and Maintenance of the ambient Air Quality Standards) was submitted by the Governor's designee on February 15, 1980. The portions of the Southeast Desert Air Basin Control Strategy identified in Table 19-1 (Summary off Plan compliance with Clean Air Act Requirements), except those which pertain to Imperial County, comprise the plan. The remaining portions are for informational purposes only. 5. On August 11, 1980, the Governor's designee submitted a revision to the State Implementation Plan which adds the Southeast Desert Air Basin portion of Riverside County into the South Coast Air Quality Management District. 6. On November 28, 1980, the Governor's designee submitted a revision to the State Implementation Plan which deletes Rules 67, for the San Bernardino County APCD as applied to new sources. 7.
