Please find a copy of the NOV issued to the Ft. Belknap Indian Community on March 18. This was hand delivered to the Tribal CEO, Bum Stiffarm and the violations reviewed with him. He will provide Tribal President Julia Doney with a copy. There are two types of violations noted here: both exceedances of 1 and 2 NTU on individual filters, a violation of the AO issued on Sept. 6, 2007; and a failure to monitor turbidity at least every four hours, as required by the SWTR.
