The Cost of Clean Air: Annual Report of the Administrator Environmental Protection Agency to the Congress of the United States (1974)

The purpose of this study is to provide estimates to Congress on the Cost of Clean Air. Costs are projected to Fiscal Year 1975 to 1979. The report includes the costs of capital and operating and maintenance costs. It discusses government regulatory programs and shows costs for mobile sources, industrial sources, as well as fossil fuel burning sources such as power plants and commercial, industrial and residential heating. Industrial costs are disaggregated by sector. Available information on quantitative and qualitative benefits estimates are also included.
