Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest
Summary:
Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests (ARNF) include 1.3 million acres of public land in the Rocky Mountains and foothills of north central Colorado. Boundaries extend north to the Wyoming border and south to Mt. Evans. The Arapaho National Forest includes lands on both sides of the Continental Divide, while the Roosevelt National Forest is confined to the eastern side of the Divide. The ARNF is divided into 4 ranger districts. Most management occurs at the district level.

Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests Home Page
Summary:
The Medicine Bow National Forest is part of the Medicine Bow/Routt National Forests (MBR) and Thunder Basin National Grasslands (TBNG) which encompasses nearly 3 million acres from the north and eastern borders of Wyoming, south to the I-70 corridor that traverses northcentral Colorado.
