This project was jointly developed by the United States EPA and the Girl Scouts Council of the Nation's Capital(GSCN) to encourage girls to make a difference in their communities by becoming watershed and wetlands stewards, using their skills and knowledge to educate others about the need to protect the nation's water resources, as well as to promote math and science skills and to explore the natural world.
