The Flint Creek Watershed Project began in 1992 as an EPA pilot project to improve water quality by using a volunteer approach instead of enforcement. Over 35 cooperative partners from federal, state, local agencies, volunteers, and school groups have joined the effort. The project has many accomplishments, with over 50 on the ground projects
