Linn County Save Our Streams sponsors countywide monitoring using the adopt-a-waterway model. Our League also does its own monitoring of a 5-mile stretch of the Cedar River. Our reports go to the Federal EPA, State DNR, County Health and Conservation departments. Nine other groups make up our county wide monitoring program.
