Description:Trout Unlimited's Susquehanna Chapter currently monitors pH on Lycoming Creek and tributaries, Red, Grays, and Frozen Runs, Pleasent Stream, Loyalsock Creek, Muncy Creek at its tributary Rock Run, and Blockhouse Creek. We also monitor pollution indicators. clear cutting, and questionable construction and projects along streams. We have worked to get fines lvied, trout stream habitat restored, industry's replenishing of river water restricted, and alternates to a seqage treatment proposal considered.
