OAR requested CASAC advice on potential revisions to the technical and regulatory aspects of the PAMS program; including changes to required measurements and associated network design requirements. OAR requested advice on appropriate technology, sampling frequency, and overall program objectives in the context of the most recently revised ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards and changes to atmospheric chemistry that have occurred over the past 10-15 years in the significantly impacted areas.
