Homeland Security Advisory Committee
The HSAC provides scientific and technical advice, through the chartered SAB, to the Administrator on matters pertaining to EPA’s mission in protecting against the environmental and health consequences of terrorism.
In Fiscal Year 2008 the Committee, will be augmented with additional experts to respond to requests from EPA's Office of Research and Development on the following topics: Health-Based Provisional Advisory Levels (PALs) for Homeland Security and a draft "Anthrax Technical Assistance Document."
