Environmental Engineering Committee (EEC)

The SAB Environmental Engineering Committee provides independent advice to the EPA Administrator, through the chartered SAB, on risk management technologies to control and prevent pollution.

In Fiscal Year 2008 the committee will respond to a request from EPA's Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxic Substances for advice on Pollution Prevention (P2) Programs-Performance Measurement and will, augmented with additional experts, respond to a request from EPA's Region IV for Weathered Toxaphene Analytic and Risk Assessment Methods Development .
