John Iiames, Ph.D.

John S. Iiames received the Ph.D. degree in natural resources and environmental science from the University of New Hampshire, Durham. He is currently a Research Biologist within the Landscape Characterization Branch at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Research Triangle Park, NC. He is the Principal Investigator for EPA MODIS LAI validation research examining the needle-leaf biome in the southeastern U.S.
