Policy Inventory

Rad NESHAPs

The Policy Inventory is intended to be an archive of past decisions and precedents on topics pertaining to compliance with the radioactive National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). It is web-based and can be updated regularly. The inventory is intended to be used to research issues regarding compliance, which may have been addressed previously. The intent is to prevent a “re-invention of the wheel.” Information may be submitted by anyone: EPA, Department of Energy (DOE), states, as well as stakeholders.
