Administrative Record Index

To request copies of administrative record documents, an electronic order form is available.

This administrative record file contains the documents that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is currently using to identify appropriate removal activities for the Anaconda Copper Co. (Yerington) Superfund site in Yerington, Nevada. This administrative record file supports the Administrative Order on Consent and Settlement Agreement for Removal Action and Past Response Costs. It is presented in compact disc (CD) format. The administrative record file will be supplemented periodically as additional removal actions are undertaken or remedial decisions are made; it will be complete after public comments on EPA's final Proposed Plan, response to comments, and the Record of Decision (ROD) are included.

This administrative record file also includes by reference the documents in the Anaconda Copper Co. (Yerington) Superfund Site Remediation Site Administrative Record, 12/21/05; and the Anaconda Copper Co. (Yerington) Superfund Site Removal Administrative Records 1 – 3, 12/21/05, 11/30/07, and 9/9/08 respectively.

EPA welcomes questions and comments on documents contained in the administrative record file. Please contact:
