This administrative record file contains the documents that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is currently using to identify non-time critical removal activities appropriate for the Sulphur Bank Mercury Mine Superfund site in Clearlake Oaks, California. It is presented in compact disc (CD) format. The administrative record file will be supplemented periodically. It will be complete after public comments on EPA's Proposed Plan, EPA's response to comments, the final Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EE/CA) and the Action Memorandum are included in the administrative record file.
