Who May Apply?

All U.S. Citizens - Generally open to any citizen of the United States of America
Current and Former Federal Employees (public status) - Generally open to federal employees with competitive status; individuals eligible for reinstatement as a federal employee and candidates applying under the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program.
